The foundation of all body control is grounded in good afference developed w/reps in the end range to gain greater range & thus more OPTIONS.

An expert can get the desired result time after time no matter what the data.
Ex.1: expert golfer can hit the center face of club no matter the lie, terrain under feet, club length, etc.
Ex.2: MLB pitcher can place ball within small square no matter the pitch, arm position

Give yourself the easier advantage of options to display your talent and skill. Because All skill is developed on foundation of mobility or body control. Develop body control by gaining more degrees of freedom w/mobility practice
