We’ve decided it’s time to say goodbye to a large and fixed London office. We will reinvest the money that would have been paid in rent, business rates and utilities into delivering our purpose and rewarding our staff. https://shar.es/abmR5X
We’ve learnt a lot about remote and flexible working over the past three months: what we do well and what we need to do better. We don’t expect to get everything right but we‘ll capture the experience and share with others. Let me know if you want to follow our journey!
Finally, we will still want to bring our people and partners together - and regularly - to share ideas, collaborate and plan. There are lots of ways to do that without a large office. We want to be at the forefront of new ways of working and delivering our purpose differently.
