1. Craters on the MOON which is over 238,000 miles away!?!
2. Heat waves (yup apparently they're real)
3. Individual hairs on peoples heads? From a distance??!

I frequently confuse the moon with street lamps.
Me: What a lovely bright moon!
Other half: that's a street light.
Me: oh...

I was born with my visual impairment so I've never had 'full sight'. So I've never spent a lot of time thinking about things I can't see.
I can see stuff close up to my face, including photographs, but I suppose I had always assumed that cameras were better than the human eye!
