One of the reasons managing the #coronavirus is so hard is because of our inability to relate to ppl we don't see. Your experience of the pandemic is radically different if you are:

1. A white-collar introvert, living with your family in a big house, able to work remote [1/6]
2. A white-collar worker living alone in a small apartment under lockdown

3. A latino who can't work remotely and has to go out to work every day

4. A meat-packing plant worker

5. A person under lockdown in a state without an outbreak
[2/
6. A farmer who doesn't see many people, those she sees are always the same, and the likelihood of being infected is very low

7. A prisoner with diabetes

8. An 80-year old with hypertension living alone
[3/
9. The son of a 90 year-old woman in a care home

10. A politician who wants to do the right thing, but also keeps in mind the elections in November

11. A restaurant worker who was laid off and is fearing government support will soon disappear
[4/
12. An illegal immigrant clothing shop worker who lost his job and can't get support or another job.

13. The hotel owner who will go bankrupt if there's no business this summer

And many more. There are myriad experiences during this pandemic. What's yours?

We're trying to solve for all these cases at the same time. It's hard. Have compassion. Try to put yourself in other people's shoes. [6/6]
