3. Ihr seid die Allerschönste - @Sviceridor. This young man is deep in the throes of love, (and knows a lot about Tuscan achitecture!). But none of those pilgrimages to the great cathedrals at Oriveto and Siena could prepare him for the sight of this girl... #ItalianSongbook
4. Gesegnet sei durch den die Welt entstund - @johannkristinss. Another case of the religious and the amorous coming together, with a man praising God for all of creation but, above all, for creating this beautiful girl. #ItalianSongbook
5. Selig ihr Blinden - @TheodorePlatt. This guy has obviously had a pretty hard time with finding love. He talks about the torments of love and, at the end, declares that he’d rather be dead than endure yet another rejection. #ItalianSongbook
6. Wer rief dich denn? - @LorenaPazNieto. I’m never sure if this girl just wants to be left alone, or if she’s actually the one who called him over out of desperation/insecurity. Either way, I have a soft spot for her - she’s done nothing wrong!! #ItalianSongbook
