I hail from okposi okwu in ohaozara LGA of Ebonyi State, My community is cut off from the rest of the world by waters and inaccessible road.

Beyond the physical cut off, is even the greater problem of digital divide, due to lack of education. In my community 30 billion dollars could be used to build standard schools, good roads, bridges, markets as a way of improving manpower.

Our landmass and uniqueness will also make room for tourist centers, zoos, cultural festival and other utilities that will keep cash inflow steady in the community. The money could also be used to assist people who are into all kinds of businesses through a non-interest loan.
