Starting was the hardest part and within my first couple of months, I was focused on the wrong things.
I was spending my money on the website, logo, and just things that didn't bring me positive ROI.
Lesson: Focus on the things that will bring you more clients.

Next couple of months I was focused more on IPA's
IPA's = Income Producing Activities
Those are:
- Lead Generation
- Sales Calls
- Advertising
You should put all of your focus on earning money, not spending it.

Something that has worked a lot for me has been cold emailing and I did a lot of that at the start.
Use the power of social media to find your prospects.

More Volume = More Meetings = More Sales
Remember you have to find leads in order to have a meeting with them in order to get sales.
It's like a system, without leads, you cannot go to a meeting and without meetings, you can't sell.

I've sent 1000 emails per month and I also messaged people on Instagram as well.
From that, I got a few clients and I told them that they can refer me to some other businesses as well.
Always ask for testimonials and referrals, so you can get more and more businesses to help.

Scaling to $1000 or $5,000 is all about volume.
If you want to scale to $10,000 per month which is what I'm doing right now you need to have SYSTEMS and a TEAM in place.
Everything is possible but you have to put in the work.

Automate your outreach but also do it manually on other platforms as well.
Reach out to businesses to help them, not just being hungry for money.
