Everyone who sounded off yesterday realizes that. One day does not a change make. Action makes the change. Acknowledgement makes the change until entities like @goldencrownls, publishers, etc. give more than lip service. Hire lesbians of color as editors....

Hire bisexuals and transwomen as well. Open your doors to an array of fiction from AOC and stop dropping that bullshit line that it's all about quality. That in itself is a microaggression because we ALL KNOW there is excellent stuff out there.

I'm tired but I'm in this fight now more than ever. I will not stop. I will not censor myself. The more you stay quiet the longer you wallow complicit in your antiquated ideas of what WLW fiction is. Who is still with me in this fight?
