Happy Father’s Day to me and all the other men working hard to heal from our childhood trauma so we don’t pass it down to our children. We didn’t deserve it but we can make sure it stops with us.

Breaking this cycle is the hardest but most important project of my life and to the extent that I have succeeded my greatest accomplishment.

There is nothing more difficult and terrifying than staring all of your pain in the face and owning it as your own instead of projecting it onto your wife and kids but I promise you it’s worth it. They are worth it. You are worth it.
