SHOULD YOU INCLUDE A PRICE WHEN SELLING ONLINE? Here's what I learnt from selling a course online. 1/9
Last weekend, I taught a two-day training on Facebook Ads: A Step By Step Guide. The training held on Zoom Cloud and was organized by http://tek-experts.com .

Here's a list of the top three things I learnt while selling the course online. 2/9
1. BUILD A LOYAL AUDIENCE BEFORE YOU SELL ONLINE.

I had learnt to play by this rule for the brands I have worked with. But this time I went against the norm and learnt better. 3/9
Although, I posted about the training on my social media handles; I got most of my buyers from WhatsApp, where I had been more consistent with promoting my craft. 4/9
2. IF YOU DON'T INCLUDE A PRICE, YOUR AUDIENCE WILL ASSUME YOUR PRODUCT IS FREE OR EXPENSIVE.

5/9
The initial flier for the training didn't have a price on it. The feedback from those who asked for more information was that they thought it was free. I learnt (again) that DM for price is so 2010. State the price of your products and let the customer decide. 6/9
3. PREPARE FOR LAST MINUTE SIGNUPS AND PURCHASES.

Although I spent over a week selling the course on my WhatsApp status, many of the signups and payments came in on the last day. 7/9
Don't expect your audience to buy immediately. Keep telling them about your product until they eventually buy.

Pro-Tip: Instigate the fear of missing out (FOMO) by putting a deadline for signups. 8/9
