For this movement to have sex with multiple gay partners in public was a sign of protest. it was the most vital part of their ideology, identity and existence.
Soon after this "revolution" began these gays start to get spots like measles on their bodies.

Now coming to Indian law - it permits LGBTQ community to live a life of it's choice.
It's fine with us ,alchohal is haram but permitted by Indian law so we don't interfere with the lifestyle of alchohal users same goes for LGBTQ.
