ON FATHER'S DAY: we know from statistics and sociology that fatherlessness causes all kinds of terrible problems in a society. On a personal level, the lack of a positive, loving father has been the most influential factor of my life. An adult before positive masculinity was
something I had the chance to see and learn from, I appreciate it beyond words. Today I thank the men on twitter who've taught me important things and helped me start to repair the damage of the past. Thank you to @ConceptualJames, who believed in me long before it made sense;
to @BretWeinstein, who knows exactly why--thank you, and thank you for knowing *exactly* why. 😊 Thank you to @EricRWeinstein for modeling brotherhood and helping me think outside of boxes and containers of all kinds. Thank you to @TheRocsWorld--always thoughtful and surprising.
Thank you to @TennantRob--you do so much more than talk, and I think about it more than you can imagine. Thank you @drrollergator for making me laugh every single day no matter how dark the abyss may seem. Thank you @rasmansa for sharing the view through your joy-tinged glasses.
