#Stay4LivesMSF
What would happen if you leave us?
I would like to tell a story which is not just the story of one person but the story of thousands of women living in Dasht_e_Barchi, the most vulnerable area in Kabul. This story is about Masooma, my mother's cousin. 👇
She lives in Chehel Dokhtaran mountain which is located in the remote areas of Dasht_e_Barchi. She has two girls and one son who were gifts from God to her but you (MSF) are the ones who not only delivered those beautiful gifts to her and her family safely and sound
ISIS claimed the responsibility which made it clear that the attack was on Hazara people and by leaving those helpless people you are assisting ISIS to achieve their goal. The consequences of you (MSF team) leaving Dasht_e_Barchi is even worse than those terrorist attacks as
As you have tweeted that “saving lives is not a crime”, and is totally true, but it will become in total contradiction to your slogan if you leave those helpless mothers and will be a bow to the terrorists. Please stay for lives.
but also saved her life many times in that process. Now, once again that mother is in dire need of you guys to act as hand of God and deliver one more gift as she is pregnant with another child. Masooma is worrying about her pregnancy. Last time that she called my mother,
she expressed her extreme concern about how and where she should give birth this time since the door of MSF Hospital in Dasht_e_Barchi is closed for her and thousands of other desperate mothers like her. As I mentioned earlier, this is not only Masooma`s story but the story of

you but also for all of us as human beings. That was so heartbreaking and the most brutal attack in Kabul or even in the world. I would like to point out that the attack was not because of you (MSF) but in the continuation of the long time targeting of Hazara minority.
thousands of pregnant women in Dasht_e_Barchi. Those women whose only hopes of treatment during childbirth are by having access to the most primary health services in the hospital. But now, they don’t have anywhere to turn to for that basic help. Most of the government hospitals
that they barely find the taxi fare to reach the hospital let alone to have the money for hospitalization. You were the only hope for them and by you leaving there, they lose their only hope of survival.
The terrorist attack on 12 May at the hospital was not only a nightmare to
terrorists might kill fourty, fifty and even a hundred once in a while but if you leave, hundreds of mothers might lose their lives every day.
