everyone sucks at apologies usually either due to sincere lack or remorse or not being at your best right at that moment or you're just not great at expressing yourself or you're confused or all of the above
We've gotten really good at going through and dissecting and grading people's online apologies, like there's some official standard for apologies that exists. It's weird that we're like apology connoisseurs. "As a random observer uninvolved in the situation I give that one a 72%"
I feel like at some point someone will post a public apology for like stealing my car (just go with me on this) and it'll be shitty and people will go in on it and I'll be like wait wait I couldn't have done any better and he's already lost an arm fighting me for the car
Point is if you try to steal my car I will ask you to post a public apology
People are assuming I'm talking about specific apologies which makes sense because there's like several a week but I'm not, totally don't apply this as an apology review itself
