Found these $NKLA slides dated Nov 2019 on the Dept. of Energy's website. There is some good info here on their fuel equipment standards and the partnership that is developing it. But it also means it won't be exclusive to Nikola.

The fueling equipment and standards Nikola will be using won't be proprietary. It is being developed in partnership with Toyota,Hyundai, Shell, Air Liquide, and NEL. They'll use a variation of the H70 fueling nozzle.
They expect their fuel equipment to fill an 80kg tank in 15 mins. Toyota Mirai uses the same WEH H70 nozzle they are modifying and it takes 5 mins to fill Mirai's 5kg hydrogen tank. That means NKLA has to achieve ~5.3x faster refueling speeds with the same equipment.
As of then they claim 14,000 orders for Nikola TWO. Trucks are T.C.O leased (Total Cost of Ownership I think) according to milage with all fuel and maintenance included!!
They are assuming < $0.04 /KWh cost of electricity and plan on selling the hydrogen for < $6.00/Kg. That would add up to $480 for the 80kg tank. Each 8T station can refuel 150 trucks or 100 cars per day.
