Russia proved that BUK missile that JIT proudly paraded in front of the world, was Ukrainian.

Ukraine,most likely,thought that in the chaos that followed the USSR breakup & after nearly 30 years- all missile documentation would be lost . It was not. The documents were found. Proving-it was Ukrainian.
So, the Dutch court does not speak about that missile anymore.

SBU presented photos, videos, wiretaps. It seems that Ukraine is being trusted because it had a lot of wiretaps, for ex., a broad file of them. Does it mean that they were not manipulated? No

In US, UK, etc witnesses are heard by the prosecutor and by the defence lawyer & cross-examination is a means to reveal the truth.
