I’m in a mood where I just want to gush. I’m so effing happy with where my life is right now.
I love, and respect the people I work with at Sandhills. All of them are people who are nothing short of rockstars in my book. I literally pinch myself because I have conversations with people like @DrewAPicture and @JJJ about programming.
And that doesn’t event touch on the people like @KeriJacoby and @gscoolidge, who have helped me write code that is easier to support, and so. So much more.
Let alone my RVlife, and minimalist lifestyle that my work empowers me to do.

Dammit. I just love it. I love Sandhills. I love that I can humbly pass it on through @DFS_Web, I love that I get to be a part of decisions with people I love and respect.
I love that I can live in a camper as long as I want. I love that I get to empower people to grow, and change their lives. I love that I get to be a small part of their growth. I love that I get to tell people “here’s what I did. It sucked, but here I am.”
I love that I get to be excited, and energetic, and have that energy matched by @tylermaximuslau
I love that, when I hear a cynical stance, I can do nothing but challenge it because I know damn well it’s not helping that person. I love that I understand enough to freely empower people to become better people.
Long story short, I am so happy that I woke up one day and decided that the life we lived sucked. I’m so happy I was brave enough to say “no”, and go through the pain, and repercussions of that.
If you’re scared of change, and unhappy with your life, know that you, and only you can change if. Have the courage to jump. It’s gonna suck. (I lived with my mother in law for 3 years, and it SUCKED)
But, you know what? I’m happy now. My family is happy now. That’s not an accident. We worked on this shit. We talked. We pivoted. We didn’t always get along, but we made it work.
If you don’t love your life, why not? Change it. Challenge it. You are meant for more.
