Only he didn’t leak. Someone framed him for leaking. And even after he was cleared of leaking by the investigation, DoD hid the fact he was cleared, and didn’t seem to care who leaked
Lovinger says in that video interview, that he didn’t leak. That they are hiding who did leak. That what was leaked is very damaging to our national security.
