Fiction has ALWAYS affected reality and our culture as we know it. movies portraying the minority group to be evil, or books changing peoples views on sexuality, media is something that constantly changes our mindsets. I’d just like to mention one thing I learned the other day;
In the Silence of the Lambs, a character by the name of “Buffalo Bill” was introduced. We all know about his desire to be a woman, etc.
despite producers confirming that Bill isn’t transgender, he’s been represented as such by media, and was a spark to the Trans Panic Defense.

The Trans/Gay Panic Defense has literally been referenced as “The Buffalo Bill Law” this law is currently legal in about 42 states. This is just one of many examples of fiction affecting reality, I could mention the many murders of LGBT people admitted to be inspired by movies.

I know Mira mentioned being a survivor but that doesn’t excuse drawing predatory art of minors, whether it be fictional or not. It’s not okay. It’s illegal.
