Polls can't balance for the three reasons why the 2016 polls were so wrong.

1. People changed their minds at the last second.

2. Most Trump supporters don't allow themselves to be polled.

3. People who've never voted before can't be polled.

ALL THREE FACTORS ARE MORE IN PLAY IN 2020 THAN THEY WERE IN 2016.

And now we have several other factors that are each by themselves dealbreakers for the Democrats.

The Democrats support violent riots and the erasing of history.

The Democrats support abolishing incarceration for any crime.

The Democrats support absolute dictatorship by THEIR presidents.

The Democrats are supported by a lawless Supreme Court Majority.

We all see that now.

Justice Clarance Thomas nailed it.

Since DACA was illegal, the Supreme Court was required to dismiss any challenge to rescinding it.

Instead, the leftist "justices" ruled that rescinding DACA requires strict adherence to the Administrative Procedures Act (APA).

BUT DACA ITSELF WAS ADOPTED IN VIOLATION OF THE APA.

Do you remember that there also Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA)?

When he was Secretary of DHS, John Kelly got rid of it.

This was taken to the Supreme Court, but there were only eight members at the time, due to the death of Antonin Scalia.

They deadlocked 4 to 4, so Kelly's action stood.

THIS TIME, Roberts upheld the illegal order.

Here's what Biden can do:

He can illegally fill all positions in all government agencies, and they can issue a blizzard of illegal orders.

If the Supreme Court rules that positions were filled illegally--as they did with the National Labor Relations Board--THE ORDERS WILL STILL STAND.

The Roberts Supreme Court is lawless.

It requires that illegal orders be rescinded through a legal process.

AGAIN:

Obama violated the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) by ordering the adopted of DACA, but the Supreme Court majority says that rescinding DACA must by done through the APA.

This allows the liberal "justices" to forever reject ANY attempt to rescind illegal orders.

Clarence Thomas says rightly that the ruling will bind illegal orders to succeeding administrations.

He's absolutely correct.

There's only ONE solution:

Get a 6-3 conservative majority in the Supreme Court that renders Roberts impotent.

The Democrats have ZERO chance of winning.

Americans respect the rule of law.

That alone assures Trump's reelection.

William Barr will hit him harder than anyone expected.

Sometime before the statute of limitations runs out.
