We need to take Child Protection and Safeguarding Children policies seriously in #Somaliland. It is the responsibility of the government to create a safe learning environment where students know they feel safe & secure 1/3.
#MoE Should enforce schools to provide curriculum-based awareness education of abuse, neglect, bullying & exploitation. On the other hand, schools need to comply with safe recruitment, selection & management practices.....2/3
...in order to identify, deter and reject people who are unsuitable to work with children & young people. Ultimately, these policies & practices would prevent our children with any potential impairments in their health & Devt and enable all children to have the best life chances.
