I’ve seen a lot of people comment their planner was the biggest waste of money for 2020. Personally I don’t understand that. Yeah I’m not getting to write in movie/lunch/dinner dates and I’ve had to cross off things I had planned. But there’s still a use for a planner this year.
Try looking at those unused planners differently:
1 - write down online panels/concerts/conventions and events you can attend.
2 - write down days you supported a local business by choosing them to supply your meal when you couldn’t bring yourself to cook.

3 - write down when you watched a world premiere movie via stream instead of being in the theater.
4 - take note of the days your loved ones surprised you, or better yet you surprised them, just to promote love and support during the crazy upside down.

5 - take note of days you accomplish something you didn’t think you could. Be it a home DIY project, a writing deadline, art project, cooking expierment. Celebrate the victories.
These are just suggestions. I’m sure there are many other things that can be added. And should.

My overall point. Don’t disregard that dusty planner yet. At the end of all of this I’m sure there will be things you can look back at and smile. Even if the year is jacked and not going according to plan. #foodforthought #positivethinking #selflove #selfcare
