It's time people stop thinking we who are not born in the US, UK, or Canada are equals when trying to break into the industry. We're not. We have so many obstacles that others have no idea about.
I often see the attitude of "well, I got my job. You solve your problem." I don't want to be a part of that mentality. I want to help.
