Mr. Berman was appointed by U.S. District Court Judges. The Attorney General does not have the authority to expel him. It is clear that the law still means nothing to this president or his new fixer, William Barr.

We impeached this president because he corrupted the rule of law and put personal gain before national good. We warned that he would do it again. The president’s enablers in the Senate have chosen to be complicit.

Last night, President Trump’s attorney general was less than truthful to the press and public, in an attempt to force out a prosecutor investigating criminal activity by the president and his allies. Congress will investigate.
