Why I am Lampard Out:
I have not seen much improvement in our attack. He has pretty much taken Sarri's team and ran with it, explaining why we have burned out as the season went on.
The defense has been horrendous. The spaces between the lines have been way too big, and the defensive organization is very poor. At times players have looked like they don't know what to do, and I blame that on Lampard.
The press has been even worse. Lampard choses to press hard not smart. It's not organized at all, the midfield and attack push up, but the defensive line doesn't, this creates a huge gap in the middle that leaves Jorginho very isolated, who is not a mobile player.
His reluctance to stop using Mount has frustrated me the most this season. It's clear to see that he offers nothing but pressing, and goes anonymous when he's not scoring. Mount's poor performances have cost us points this season.
His tactics overall are not very good and he's a poor coach. Hudson-Odoi's development has stalled and I have not seen any player greatly improve. He's always trying to switch things up and try new things, and he's not consistent with his lineups, formations, etc.
This doesn't mean that Lampard doesn't have his strengths. The way that he is involving the youth has been very promising, and his man management has been elite. He clearly knows how to motivate players and he's not overly stubborn.
Me being Lampard Out now doesn't mean that it can't change. If Lampard can improve upon his weaknesses and hone his strengths, I don't see how he can't become a top manager.
