2/8 Up first is the prerounding guide (be systematic for each patient).
4/8 Next we have an anti-emetic guide (watch that QTc).
5/8 Next is an inpatient blood pressure guide. Remember that we treat elevated SBPs more than we should (another #TWDFNR) but institutional policy will lag behind this.
