Men in the industry, yes you, call out these shitty assholes. Make them know this space isn't for them. If you run events ban them, don't do it quietly, and don't do it with a wink to the predators knowing you'll let them back in.

For every story about one predator two more show up about others who did the same and there's this outpouring of survivors who went through shit and shitty humans claim it's dogpiling. Survivors get NOTHING for coming forward. It actively hurts folks career wise-
So when you see survivors coming forward and all these stories are similar, it's because predators have a PATTERN. And they've been doing it SO MUCH that there are plenty who have stories and plenty who are afraid to share theirs (which is valid)
On top of that there are so many who HAVENT been publicly called out yet we've all told our whisper networks to watch out for this man who gets handsy at events, or gets you away from friends while drunk, or guilts you into situations. It's constant.
