It has come to my attention that someone with a private account has attacked @JancisRobinson, one of the most inclusive, inspirational, and no nonsense people I have ever met, using our third SOMM film as the weapon. 1/4
Jancis was not paid in any way to be in our film, just like no one was ever paid to be in our films nor were we ever paid by anyone who was ever in a SOMM film. 2/4
The Court of Master Sommeliers or Guildsomm we’re not involved in Somm 3, and these organizations have never had any say or creative control over these movies. 3/4
It is unfair to attack one of the pillars of the wine community using false information about me and the films we have made. This is not how to take a step forward for inclusivity in the wine industry or any industry. 4/4
