LADIES Here’s some advice for when dealing with a PT

If you feel bare skin is more accurate, take off the piece of clothing that is covering that body part. You DO NOT need to be standing there stripped down to your underwear. If your PT insists on this. Get a new one.

There is absolutely no reason to have a “private” session at his house.
STRETCHING. This one is important. If you feel he is getting too close tell him. Most assisted stretches can be performed in a respectful way. If his cock is within 6 inches of you he is TOO CLOSE.

Another important one. YOUR PT IS NOT YOUR MASSEUSE. If he can’t prove that he is qualified then do not pay or involve yourself in any massage session.
MASSAGES. You never EVER have to be completely naked in a massage. Not even down to your underwear.

You can expose the body part that is being massaged without taking all clothes off. If he’s massaging your back you can pull your top overhead, you do not have to remove it.
Legs are a bit more tricky. Usually what will happen is you’d take off your trousers and wear a towel

Even tho this is the case, your whole bum and legs do not have to be exposed. He can one leg at a time whilst keeping the other covered.
GLUTE massages is where it can get hairy. They are necessary but of course, optional. So for that you would have to use your own judgement.

Another thing I thought of, one of the more important things, SPOTTING & POSITIONING.
Now with regards to SPOTTING most are pretty safe and not so intimate. However, squats present a problem.

When squatting your spotter needs to stand pretty close behind you but not too close. See examples A and B.
A is perfectly fine in most cases. There’s a respectful distance between your bum and the spotters crutch.
B whilst ok, isn’t really necessary unless youre lifting HEAVY

Lastly I’ll speak on POSITIONING. In most cases THERE IS NO REASON FOR YOUR PT TO STAND BEHIND YOU WHILST YOU PERFORM AN EXERCISE.
If he’s “checking your form”, viewing you from a side angle is perfectly fine. Your PT should stand in front of you. ESPECIALLY FOR GLUTE EXERCISES
