Step 1 was realising that you CAN have everyone working from home now without everything just collapsing, but I think step 2 is realising all the intangible stuff that doesn’t work so well. We won’t go back to 2019 but we probably also won’t stick with June 2020

It also seems very clear to me that zoom is at 1.0 product, and there’s going to be a lot of fundamental innovation in what communications products like that should actually be doing
