Be an ally, dudes. If you don't know where to start, here's how I started:
1) follow these three women:
@heyyguido
@AllisonRFloyd
@emrazz
2) don't talk, just LISTEN for a couple months. Listen carefully. Learn the issues, learn the tenets, learn how to push back on misogyny. https://twitter.com/heyyguido/status/1274127250657509376

3) start to speak. Comment on threads, WITHOUT simply restating what the woman said. Relate it to your xp as a man. This is important in developing your voice and learning to bridge that gap for men who don't want to listen, who are trapped in toxic masculinity.
4) push back:
4) push back:
When you see a man talking shit, being combative, perpetuating misogynistic talking points, push back. Help women conserve their energy on their threads. Take out some of the trash for them WITHOUT talking over them.
*in these two steps, you WILL fuck up. Accept this.

WHEN YOU FUCK UP AND ARE CALLED OUT:
Breathe. Resist the urge to double down. Resist the urge to explain your thinking. Just accept the criticism, apologize (accept guilt, acknowledge harm, make plan for avoiding in future), and grow. Choose to learn.

Then repeat. Speak out. Fuck up. Learn. Grow.
NEVER speak over feminist women on their threads. Speak in support.
DON'T demand labor. Do your own research. When a feminist woman elects to educate you, thank her. Just like... be nice. But more importantly: be KIND.

As you go, follow feminists (especially women, especially women of color). Make sure they're followed by other feminists you trust. Look at their replies. Vet your follows.
Ok that was a ramble but uh

Keep your feminism intersectional. Always.
