Quick thread on Barr’s firing of USA Berman. It’s clear that both he and Trump are scared. This is a desperate move. However, it will not be effective in terms of ending current prosecutions. Would have to make a motion to dismiss any action which could be denied by the Court. The Court can also assign a special prosecutor to prosecute or continue prosecuting any current action. We are witnessing the beginning of this in the Flynn matter before Judge Sullivan. 2/
The Court will not like nor approve of any such action by Barr or his puppet to dismiss active prosecutions out of the blue. They will get jammed up attempting this. It’s more obstruction of justice. Remember how Barr travelled to our European allies in an attempt to learn 3/
the origin of Trump/Russia and activities of his own FBI and the CIA? He didn’t get anything out of that trip. He won’t achieve anything with this move. The bureaucracy of DOJ & our govenrment is huge. One of the benefits of that is any one person can’t control this Goliath. 4/
Not Barr and especially not Trump. The secondary effect Barr/Trump are hoping for is for us to lose hope. Don’t. We will win this.The election will not be cancelled since its constitutionally mandated. Trump is out of office on January 21, 2021. Stay strong Patriots. 5/
