The thing about all of these horrifically botched elections that is not being talked about enough is that come November, we are looking at Bush v. Gore being played out in most of the states of the Union. It’s gonna be lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit.
The Republicans are betting that they have the deep pockets and the stacked judiciary to prevail on those grounds when they lose at the polls, and they’re probably right.
This scenario is a THOUSAND times more likely than “Trump loses but won’t leave White House.” He’ll lose, but amidst such total legal chaos that it’ll be impossible to prove he did. And so, he will stay.
