For the Love of Mike(1927). N 1929 she made her first "Talkie" The Hole in the Wall. She signed with Paramount Pictures N 1930 as a stage actress who was good with dialog.- She won an Academy award N 1939 4 It Happened One Night with Clark Gable, and a Tony Award 4 The Marriage
Go Round N 1959. She made 70 movies, did 19 Broadway plays, and 18 Television appearances. My favorites were: The Sign of the Cross(1932), I Cover the Waterfront(1933), It Happened One Night(1934), Drums Along the Mohawk(1939), Boom Town(1940), Texas Lady(1955). Being in SHOW
