i get asked a lot by friends why i don't have an adblocker and i'm just like, you....do realize you're asking the guy who does youtube for a living, right??
two things i started doing long ago once i started doing this for a living and really understood how punishing youtube is for creators, got rid of my adblocker forever and pressed like on every single video i enjoy
btw it is NOT my intention to shame people who use adblockers, i totally get it. at the very least, though, as someone who hates the phrase “like, comment, and subscribe” even JUST liking videos you like is a godsend
