2) 2D imaging in PSLA #echofirst confirms hypertrophic process #HCM
3) 2D imaging from apex reveals the extent of #HCM and the cavity obliteration
4) the gradient in the LV is imaged in colour Doppler #HCM
5) the gradient is quantified using CW Doppler, now officially #HOCM with resting gradient of 167 mmHg
6) and because I’m old I did a couple of m-modes - one to show the systolic anterior motion (SAM) and the early closure of the aortic valve. #HOCM
