I genuinely think it’s our time. The world is watching our profession and more than ever our kids need us. Once we know some more detail from above, regardless of our opinion, at least we’ll know what is being asked of us. Then we can plan how to win. 2/
What’s winning? Leading this country to show how you get back on your feet after getting knocked over. Showing our kids what courage, resilience and self-discipline looks like. 3/
Wow it feels like a bigger responsibility than ever. And I feel emotional to think of seeing all my kids in September. Plan, mitigate risk, execute strategy, adjust, plan, execute strategy. Win.
