Preliminary, unscientific data on child care centers which were open in the pandemic, coming your way now. I cut data as of 3pm at 628 centers. A thread... (1/N)
Thanks for help from all of you, and especially @winnie, I have some survey data from child care centers which have been open in the pandemic. You can see everything I have so far here:

(That's right, it's just a Google Sheet of data, but I did put some summary at the start). If you don't want to wade through, here is an image of the headline numbers (3/N)
And you can see some discussion of this in this post at @covidexplained (4/N) https://explaincovid.org/post/open-child-care-centers-data/IBbgwzCHrA84R45AaErk
I will refrain from too much comment. Yes, I am aware that crowd-sourcing data collection is not random. Think of this as systematic anecdote. If you want to make it better, get more people to complete the survey, which is here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeYIy0Dc9PW9sWCSWNXypw36FLoMiSx9jDalgDPcccK4T7ezQ/viewform?usp=sf_link
