I fell into the trap while I was there. I have said some not so Christian things myself and I am ashamed of it and have sought forgiveness where I could and have worked to undo any wrongs that I inadvertently participated in. #Txlege 2/10

In the final days of my employment, I went to my friends that made up the majority of the staff @EmpowerTexans to try and address this very real cultural problem. It was unfortunately met with vitriol. #Txlege 3/10

What I began to realize, @EmpowerTexans culture was not Christian based, it was not policy results driven, it was not community driven, it was self driven. The leadership was more concerned with money, fame, and power over results. #Txlege 4/10

All of a sudden, since I didn’t feel like it was productive to attack and hate, I was dubbed a “softhearted” “liberal”.

There is more to the story, I can’t share it. Last #Txlege session after my abrupt evacuation from the ET ranks, they served me with a cease-and-desist due to an NDA I signed. Threatening to come after me “if” I said anything that even came close to breaking the NDA. 8/10

Why? A comment in small private group on Facebook regarding an article @MQSullivan wrote that I called disingenuous and false.
