I really don’t want this to be this person’s last blog. They add much to the education debate and they have been let down badly here. https://twitter.com/chrisdysonht/status/1273649267467522048
2/ The worst thing is that the perpetrator always knows they’ve got away with it. It leaves them free to do the same again with impunity. But here’s the thing, if you throw mud then some of it sticks. Think Epstiein, Weinstein et all.
3/ But I will stand in support of anyone who has been treated like this. Because the burden of proof should not lay with the “victim” here. It’s what saddens me about our legal system’s approach to sexual crimes.
4/ So be warned, if the person who did this follows me, or is an educator in any position of power, then I’m coming for you.
5/ I’m not beyond ruining someone’s career over this kind of thing. In fact I’ve got form for it.

I’ll make sure nobody ever wants to employ you again.
6/ We need to stand up to this misogynistic rubbish. We need to address the power issue, we need to address the bullying.

I’m coming for you.
7/ So people, if you know someone who does things like this, someone who manipulates and puts people in this kind of position, call them out on it. Because some of us are sheltering these individuals; supporting their causes and celebrating their success.
