It's #NationalFreelancersDay - so here's a bit about us (mostly Harriet & Maura). We’re a collective of artists/designers, project managers & problem-solvers who turn physical + digital spaces into places for conversation, curiosity, challenge and creativity. 1/
We’re all about participation with purpose + for #wellbeing. For 15 yrs+ we’ve made projects, workshops, resources, online content, exhibitions & evaluations prompting people to interact with art, heritage + one another. We work locally, nationally & online. 2/
Not everyone will be an artist - but art is for everyone. Same for history/heritage. A good chat over an object, photo or artwork can change how we think - and maybe even act. Sometimes conversations are difficult; those are often the ones that are needed most. 3/
We believe conversation, curiosity and creativity are transformative. In these challenging times, finding new ways to work has been both tough and exciting. We couldn't have done it without our clients & collaborators (or ever-changing #ZoomBackgrounds) - on #NFD THANK YOU! 4/
