Some baby Monbebe didn't know about Shownu having a degree in Economics so I made this mini thread you can use as reference for the times he mentioned it ^^

He first mentioned this in the 180331 fansign, a Monbebe talked about having hard time in university so Shownu said he had many assignments because he enrolled graduate school.

Then in the 180401 fansign (the next day) another fan asked what his major was and he said Economics.

Months later, in the 181027 fansign, Shownu gave some investment advice while biding Monbebes goodbye in a fansign:

"These days the economy is bad so don't do stocks, just work hard"

And it goes unnoticed but Shownu is very good at math, in the Mwave M&G for The Code era (180104) he and Hyungwon won their multiplication contest.

He also helped Minhyuk learn and practice math when he went to My Math Puberty.

There was also some discussion that there might have been a misunderstanding and he's actually pursuing Business Admistration because another fan mentioned hearing something different. Both are ~kinda~ similar in Korean.

Business Admistration: 경영
Economics: 경제

I think it's just a case of mishearing, he talks more about investments than anything related to the administrative aspect.

From the time Shownu mentioned enrolling (first half of 2018) I think it's safe to say:

- He has already finished his masters
- His graduation started when he was still a trainee

Going to college while being a trainee, he must have been thinking a lot about the future.

Many trainees and idols drop out of high school because of the schedule or go to arts schools like SOPA.

Shownu juggled graduating from a normal high school and then getting his degree while still following his dream and I think that's really amazing of him.
