Is a balance of reliability and usability achieved? Is there duplication between exams that is onerous for the people taking exams and solvable through better information sharing among institutions? Is each exam rooted in modern educational theory, or rooted in tradition? 2/4
Most importantly, how do these exams relate to one another and to the overall process of becoming a doctor?

There is an OPPORTUNITY here. An opportunity to have a holistic rethink of these exams in the context of progressive and accurate measurement of developing competency. Moving towards a system where exams share data, and trust each others data would be a good place to start. 4/4
