Glue Work 101: by teaching senior+ engineers effective collaboration skills as an underserved minority, you are helping them get promoted in place of yourself.
"Focus on project work / achieving team goals"

Glue Work 201: Performance reviews avoid saying "you are doing too much D&I work" but will find other ways to criticize doing D&I work.
"Co-workers find it challenging to work with you" / "Your work would more impactful if you helped other teams understand the motivation"

Glue Work 301: If you stop doing glue work, they will find a way to penalize you, and they will avoid sexist tropes like "you're abrasive".
