So here is guest case study

28yr old male. At least 10yrs bilateral anterior and lateral compartment shin pain on exercise. crescendo pain and stiffness. Persists for some time on cessation of exercise. Worse when cold & if sedentary immediately post exercise.

Thoughts,test?
This is not my case study bu I have some thoughts, plus here is a free book on just “Compartment Syndrome” https://link.springer.com/content/pdf/10.1007%2F978-3-030-22331-1.pdf#page151

The outliers in this scenario ar the longevity of the problem, if this is a true pressure compartment issue 10 years is too long.

This maybe a case of pseudocompartment syndrome from a vascular occlusion or stenosis?
This could be arterial or venous occlusion.
