28yr old male. At least 10yrs bilateral anterior and lateral compartment shin pain on exercise. crescendo pain and stiffness. Persists for some time on cessation of exercise. Worse when cold & if sedentary immediately post exercise.

The outliers in this scenario ar the longevity of the problem, if this is a true pressure compartment issue 10 years is too long.

This maybe a case of pseudocompartment syndrome from a vascular occlusion or stenosis?
This could be arterial or venous occlusion.
