1/3 How PR works.
All this pandemic likes of @ciarakellydoc and some in RTE openly used @Care2much18 as source of good news but also fact, to show how great governance was. I warned all along this was PR account. Too late now but last two weeks this account said...
2/3 Ireland best because of others' excess deaths but ignored Irish excess. When ours shown as bad, account said couldn't afford paywall to see Irish figures. When seen, said we're best in western Europe, when claiming most westerly like Iceland and Portugal weren't in region.
3/3 Tonight when called out, focus suddenly shifted to specifics in over 80 demographic that showed us to lead. By now shown up, problem is, damage done. PR worked. Fine Gael boomed via likes of @ciarakellydoc and some in RTE who were duped by nationalism masquerading as hope.
