Okay, having watched the entire video, the C-130 bit was actually misleading. It's mentioned at the beginning, but the rest of the footage is them taking responsibility for the rocket attacks.

The first image claims a rocket attack on Taji the night of June 8th which is the same night the C-130 hit the T-walls but there is no record of an attack there, because one happened at Baghdad Airport. Unless this was misreported and the tarmac was hit at Taji?
