ENGAGE.

You've heard that word like 500 times, right?

There's a secret to it...

...That you might not know

You can "engage" all you want

But how do you do it SUSTAINABLY?

Here I will detail my findings

From pure trial and error

👇
FIRST AND FOREMOST:

I STRONGLY recommend you do not constantly scroll Twitter on your phone

1) It's mentally unhealthy for you to be checking this app ALL the time
2) You WILL strain your eyes
3) You can get RSI or carpal tunnel feeling in your hands
I don't care how bad you "want it"

or to "hustle"

Or whatever you're thinking about

You NEED to be on a real screen, with a real keyboard.

Minor check-ups on notifications?

Fine, you can do that on your phone.

But there's ANOTHER reason you should use a real computer...
Writing on your computer means you have more freedom and flexibility to type what you WANT

You will write quality tweets from your computer, whereas text messages/tweets from your phone

Tend to be quicker and weaker quality
Lastly

I recommend you engage

At different points in the day

You're missing out on another side of the world if you stick to your usual routine

I was surprised, but when I did early morning engagement at 4AM

I gained something close to 30 followers

It's a new audience
In conclusion

If you're treating Twitter like a "static routine"

Don't.

It will destroy you mentally, and you will plateau without proper support.

Approach this app mindfully

Don't make it your life

And set yourself up for long term success.
Don't let anyone else burn out like I did originally.
