Meditation
It doesnât matter how you do it. It does matter that you do do it.
10 minutes a day to tidy your thoughts and youâll feel like a whole new person.
Close your eyes, focus on your breath - thatâs it.

Exercise
For me, nothing helps endorphins kick in like a long run in nature. You canât beat getting a sweat on whilst being surrounded by bird song and greenery.
Weights, HIIT, walking or any sport work just as well, but find something you really enjoy doing!

Diet
This is probably the most important and has a HUGE impact.
Studies have shown how gut bacteria plays a pivotal role in our mental health.
There is so much info on many diets, but eating a clean diet of whole foods and fruit is a perfect start.
Donât over eat.

Take a step away from your laptop. Your phone. Your iPad, your TV, your PS4.
Weâre in a world of over stimulation, and it can quickly become overwhelming and induce anxiety, stress and poor sleep.

Sleep
A great sleep routine will do wonders for you.
Early nights and early mornings work best for me.
Try to not look at screens an hour before hand, pick up a book or listen to a podcast & properly wind down.
Avoid caffeine, sugar and alcohol and youâll have no problem.
