It's been too long since I studied it formally. But, speaking of which, I am a full time student this summer with the hopes of getting my chops up. Like everyone, I like Amrita Kaur. I did my PhD on Bhai Vir Singh. https://twitter.com/BassiBhopesh/status/1273333169106808832
I studied Punjabi in Lahore and read local stuff which was often a melange of Sairaki from Pahari and Hindko. Again, Indian Punjabis are fortunate that they have standardized grammars, dictionaries and a script. This all facilitates a robust literature.
Pakistani Punjabis don't have this. So honestly it's harder for someone like me to read because of the intense regional variation. Any way, I have to go do my flipping homework.
